2005 goals with bruce prichard

Bruce: Welcome everyone to Pro Wrestling Stampede! With a new year comes a new commitment to professional wrestling. You will have noticed we have branded our show now as PWS Uncensored and that is simply because that is what the fans want. I spent the better part of 2004 trying to keep law and order in PWS but as we all saw, I didn't do a very good job. Bret Hart inserting himself into everything really hurt that but more on him later tonight. I want to make sure we are giving our fans what they want and the best possible product going forward. The next announcement has to do with our upcoming tour. As the only WCFL representative in Canada, we feel we owe it to all of our fans across the country! So, starting next week in Vancouver, we will embark on a country wide tour, and we will make sure to visit every Province in the country. You'll also see new faces, new rivalries and new match concepts. This isn't a reset; this is an evolution. So, stay tuned and WELCOME TO PRO WRESTLING STAMPEDE 2005!

In the ring with the champ

Raven: People wrote me off as a freak, mentally depraved and sick. They were right. I am all of that and more. Imagine growing up in the gutter with nothing, scraping by with the bare minimum and finally achieving success. That is what I did at Christmas Chaos. I went from the bottom to the top. All the scars on my skin were worth it. Scars are the road map of life and this road map took me to the PWS North American Championship. Am I worried about who I face next? No, because they will learn that weird, unstable and full of sin aren't a sign of depravity but a sign of mad genius. So it is written, so it shall....

self-high five...BANG!

DDP: Brother, brother, BROTHER! I know this gimmick of yours is cool but don't flat out lie to the people here and the people watching. You weren't in the gutter, you weren't deprived of anything in your life. Your dad was a journalist for the National Enquirer! You went to the University of Delaware with a Criminal Justice degree! Probably why you know so much weird things about serial killers. Never really thought of that. Anyways, you want to talk about depravity and the gutter? Let's look back at the man who ran bars, ran lines, you name it and I ran it with men like Scott Hall and Jake Roberts. THAT'S THE GUTTER! Imagine being 34 years old and wanting to be a main event wrestler. Imagine being told you suck and you'll never amount to anything and that you should quit the business. Despite all that, you push, you push and finally it clicks. Finally things come together and then you're in the main events. Scott, I know you and I grew up in Jersey, nothing there is ever easy but don't talk about these things like you were in the slums or the streets. That you had to fight every single day in your life. You didn't and people like me who did, well, we find it insulting. You want to know what the streets of Jersey were really like; give me a call and I can give you first-hand experience.

The two stare down as we head to break.

COMMERICAL BREAK for the upcoming ppv!

Krystal Banks vs. Sumie Sakai

The match was a quick victory for Sumie Sakai. She defeats Krystal Banks in 3:42.

an update on hart

Bruce: Hello again, I wanted to give everyone an update on Bret Hart. He has signed an official contract that states if he involves himself in any wrestling match going forward, he will forfeit his ownership of Pro Wrestling Stampede to the WCFL Executive Committee and will be banned from ever working a show in Canada again. Now that has been signed, Bret Hart will return next week as he says he has an announcement of his own to make.

making an immediate impact

Terri is backstage with the PWS Women's Intercontinental Champion, Vanessa Kraven. Before she could even say a word, a muscular woman runs up behind her, picks her up and ragdolls her around until Hamada and Sakai run in to break this woman's grip on Vanessa Kraven. She just looks down and smirks at Kraven before walking away. Hamada goes over to Terri:

Hamada: I don't know who that beast was but next week, I want her in the ring!

Go shiozaki vs dr. wagner jr w/ paul ellering

Go Shiozaki pulls what many consider an upset by defeating Dr. Wagner Jr in 10:04 with a moonsault.

After the match, Fujita runs down to ringside and starts attacking Shiozaki. Shiozaki starts to get the upper hand but then stares at the entrance way as Paul Ellering makes a motion. Out comes the massive former sumo star AKEBONO! He just walks and stands at ringside with Ellering, Fujita and Dr. Wagner Jr. Ellering has another monster in his stable!

COMMERICAL BREAK for the upcoming tour!

the British babe!

A video package plays of a woman wearing a skintight white leather dress and pink sunglasses leaving an airport and walking towards a limo. On the card the driver is holding it says "JEMMA PALMER." She walks towards the limo and nods to the driver before turning and looking into the camera telling us the British Babe is here and will be live for all the men to drool over, next week!

Kara Slice vs jade chung

Jade Chung picks up the victory over Kara Slice when she reverses a roll-up into a Backlund roll-up at 4:59.

a kliq civil war?

Backstage Scott is with Terri however he steals the microphone from her and gently nudges her out of camera view.

Scott: Hey yo...it seems like it has been a little uptight here lately. A lot of JESUS talk happening from a former brother of mine. He wants to talk about taking blood money from a sworn enemy but Shawn, the reality is, only YOU have a beef with Bret. Me and big man? We were off making more money than you'll ever see. You know we got over on our talent, on our abilities. You got over because you "played ball" with one of your employers if you know what I mean. You want to go on your crusade, that's fine but I go where the money talks. We all did. That is what the kliq did. All these contracts of guaranteed money, that is the kliq. The lighter schedules and more transportation costs being paid by the company, the kliq did that. By kliq, I don't mean you Shawn. You turned your back on all of us and then try to cover it up because you "found god." Shawn, me and big Kev, we proudly walk with the devil if it puts more money in our pockets and if you want a war? You want to go to war, then you got it! One last piece of advice Chico, keep a pair of eyes in the back of your head, you never know who might come for a receipt from your past.

commercial break, congrats to the Canadian men's junior hockey team on their 2005 world cup win!

pj black w/ looney lane vs Shawn spears

The match went to a 15-minute time limit draw.

former partners meet up

Backstage Lex and Buff are looking at each other flex when Marc Mero walks in on them.

Buff: Bro, can't you see we are observing ourselves and our vascularity? Go away.

Marc: This doesn't concern you Bagwell. Lex, I thought we were bros? We've been hanging and banging in Pro Wrestling Stampede since its start two years ago. These people loved and adored you. Now that you are with Buff, they can't stand you! What the hell is going on?

Lex: They may have loved me, but I didn't love myself, rather I forgot how to love myself. Buff reminded me that I am the Total Package, the ultimate alpha male. There is no other to my bi's and tri's except for Buff. You've leaned out, you've gone soft. That is why you're retiring, and I am a champion.

Marc: Yeah, you and I were the champions, but I see you have no desire to come back to the right side.

Marc goes to leave.

Lex: Hey, wait. I'll give you an opportunity. Since you act like I was your only friend here, find someone in the back and next week, Buff and I will put up the tag titles against you and whatever scrub you can find.

Marc thinks for a second and then nods. Buff and Lex both laugh and point out the prime veins on their arms as they continue to flex.

kliq civil war part two

In the ring is Shawn Michaels with a microphone in hand.

HBK: You know I sat in the back and heard what Scott had to say. Scott, I love you like a brother, but I think you need help. Maybe another stint in rehab will do wonders? You talk for Kev and Pac but I know they don't feel the same as you. I talked to Kev the other day and he said he wanted to stay out of the beef between us. He openly told me that we both have points and thinks we fight then hug it out. If that is what you want Scott, please let me know. I wanted to keep this civil but after talking to Kev, now it is clear. We have to meet in the center of the ring and then we can go out after. You talk as if the Heartbreak Kid is dead and all that is left is the shell you see before you. Trust me, I can still get as nasty as the rest of them. The old Shawn can creep out at any time and everyone in the kliq knows, that's a dangerous Heartbreak Kid. You want to side with Bret, fine. You're right, you had no dog in the fight with me and him and I made the assumption you would just side with me giving we are brothers. That was a mistake on my part, but you led me along for almost two months, only to stab me in the back. Now that I have a problem with. It is fitting the next pay per view is called Give Me Life because Scott, I really think you awoken something in me and that is good news for me, bad news for you. Oh, and by the way, I know you have a title match in the main event, I'll be sitting with Arda and Coach to get a first-hand look at the real Scott Hall!

Goldberg vs carlito

Goldberg defeats Carlito with a Jackhammer in 2:41.

COMMERICAL BREAK for the upcoming tour!

MVP vs Sonjay Dutt

MVP defeats Sonjay Dutt in 6:30 with the Playmaker.

The savage arrives

After the match, MVP grabs the microphone.

MVP: I told you all last week I had an idea for an Anarchy Title match against RVD at Give Me Life. The match is simple, it is a street ball match! Surrounding the ring will be a cage, just like the courts in prison I use to play. Then there will be, well in Canada, Mounties who will surround the ring and anytime you come close to the ropes, they start beating on you with clubs. There will also be "basketballs" made of various materials in the ring. You might have a glass basketball, a barbed wire basketball, or maybe just a solid metal basketball. In the center of the ring, the Anarchy Championship will sit atop a 15-foot basketball hoop, complete with metal chain in place of the twine of course, and the winner will be the one who retrieves the belt. There is no way RVD, even with your quick abilities will you be able to win. I doubt you'll even want the match.

Running to the ring is RVD but before he can climb in, a mass of humanity bulldozes him from the end of the entrance and into the first row of fans. This Samoan Savage stops and looks at MVP before walking away.

On the phone

Backstage Batista is on his cell phone sitting at his locker.

Batista: Hey Bret.....yeah I heard the news when Bruce made it. Kinda sucks.....Oh?.....Oh really?......Damn you are a smart and shifty bastard.....Alright boss, see you next week.

Batista smirks as we head to commercial, the main event is next!

last plug for the upcoming ppv!

Canadian heavyweight championship match:
Scott Hall vs. PCO w/ James Mitchell

The match started off in the entrance way. Referee Brian Hebner unsure what to do, goes and tells Bobby Cruise to announce the match is now NO DISQUALIFICATION, WE MUST HAVE A WINNER!

Most of the match takes place outside the ring, finally when they get in, PCO takes over and it seems like he is about to go for the kill on Scott Hall with the Cannonball off the top rope but on commentary Shawn says "there are always innocent casualties in war" and he throws his headset off and then pushes PCO off the ropes! James Mitchell tries to walk up to him and he's hit with Sweet Chin Music! Scott Hall recovers and hits PCO with the Outsider Edge and becomes the first ever Canadian Heavyweight Champion in 13:55!

After the match, Hall is given the Canadian Heavyweight Championship and is only able to hold it a few seconds before he was hit with sweet chin music! The belt falls to the mat and Shawn picks it up and stares blankly at it over Scott Hall as the show comes to an end.
